Shelbyville, TN-based Big G Express was founded in 1995 and became 100% Employee Owned in 2009 when the previous owners sold their shares to the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our employees are also owners, invested in the success of our customers. Big G's ESOP enables every executive, driver and support staff to share in the rewards and responsibilities, of ownership.
